We want you to be satisfied with HeadshotCraft. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

2.2 NOT Eligible for Refund

3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if the Service does not meet expectations. This applies to the first subscription only — not to renewals or re-subscriptions.

4. How to Request a Refund

    • Your account email
    • Date of charge
    • Reason for refund
  2. We will respond within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

To cancel: Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback with documentation. Please contact us first — we're reasonable.
